If you have a Vehicle Service Contract (extended warranty) which also includes the 20 year / 250,000-mile coverage, you can take your vehicle to any ASE certified shop and they can perform your warranty work.
Initially, the work needed to be done at one of our stores, but in light of the circumstances, we will release the repairs so that you can have your warrantied work done at a shop of your choosing.
Rackley Complimentary Maintenace Plan
We are excited to announce we have established a partnership with the Jiffy Lube at 1645 S Spring Ln, Meridian, ID 83542 so we can honor the complimentary oil changes you received with the purchase of your vehicle from Rackley Auto Group Boise.
To make things as smooth as possible and save you time, here are the things you need to do:
First: You need to get pre-authorization from our Rackley Service Representatives by calling (775) 737-9534 at least 24 hours before you want to get your service done. Please have your name and the last 6 digits of your vehicle's VIN number on hand when you call. Our Service Representatives will only be available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm Boise time.
Second: Immediately upon arrival at the Jiffy Lube store, you need to tell the Jiffy Lube representative that you are with Rackley Auto Group and that your pre-authorization has been emailed to the store.
This Jiffy Lube has been authorized to provide you with the Signature Oil Change, Tire Rotation and to top off all refillable fluids with the exception of fuel. If you would like anything above this, it will be at your own expense.

Reminder: If you do not have a pre-authorization, you will be responsible for all costs of service. This is only available to customers who purchased a vehicle from our Rackley Auto Group Boise location between May 2019 and October 2019 and received the complimentary maintenance plan with that purchase.
